Returns & Exchanges

Due to the nature of our products, returns and exchanges are limited.

  • Earrings are non-returnable and non-exchangeable for hygiene reasons
  • Gold-plated jewellery is non-returnable
  • We do not accept returns or exchanges for change of mind

If there is an issue with your order, please contact us within 3 calendar days of delivery with clear photos so we can review the matter.

Where a return or exchange is approved:

  • Customers are responsible for return postage costs
  • For exchanges, customers are responsible for both return and re-delivery costs

Each returned item cannot be resold and must be responsibly disposed of. As a small business, we kindly ask customers to consider their purchase carefully before ordering.

This policy does not affect your statutory rights under UK consumer law.

Faulty Items

If your item is faulty, we will assess the issue on a case-by-case basis.

We cannot accept responsibility for damage caused by:

  • Misuse or incorrect care
  • Repeated adjustment of adjustable jewellery
  • Accidental damage
  • Normal wear and tear
